Job Description

Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team. This permanent role is based in Dublin and offers a competitive salary of €70-80k, along with a range of benefits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Assist in budgeting processes and monitor performance against financial targets
  • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning and analysis
  • Support decision-making through financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Provide analysis on key business metrics to drive operational efficiency

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques
  • Proven track record in delivering actionable insights through data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications
  • Experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Educational Requirements

  • A recognised accounting or finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA) or relevant degree
