Senior Product Manager, SEO (Bangkok Based) at Agoda

The role focuses on driving SEO product strategy, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering end-to-end SEO products to strengthen Agoda's organic presence.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements with a strong focus on Search Organic traffic channels
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/products to support wider company initiatives, optimize organic rankings, and drive revenue
  • Conceptualize, launch, and optimize SEO products and features; experiment, test performance, and iterate quickly
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams on cutting-edge technologies
  • Analyze content traffic, SEO metrics, and the effectiveness of campaigns and messaging using well-defined KPIs to improve content marketing ROI
  • Develop innovative solutions by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions with a strong emphasis on SEO
What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 5+ years of product experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline)
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decisions, with a strong focus on SEO
  • Strong data skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English) with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to stakeholders
  • Experience developing and launching new products
  • Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions for the organic channel
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset; capable of solving complex problems and driving change
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to have
  • MBA or Master's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics
  • Strong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent
