About The Team & Business Line

The UX/UI Designer will join a global Design group that contributes to a range of products and strategic initiatives. The role involves upstream design processes, prototyping, iterating user interaction designs, and delivering high-fidelity specifications to engineering teams.

This position is based in Ireland and may require some international travel. The UX/UI Designer will report to the EMEA Design Manager in London and will interact with business stakeholders and other technical groups.

ResponsibilitiesYour Role
  • Deliver UX activities through prototypes, wireframes, service blueprints, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to deliver elegant user experience designs.
  • Advocate for prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
QualificationsAbout You

General

  • Passionate about user-centered design, systems thinking, and visual design.
  • Ability to apply design principles to complex problems from conceptual to detailed design stages.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a UX/UI design role, supported by a portfolio.
  • Proficiency in UX fundamentals: research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, high-fidelity, usability testing.
  • Experience in using design systems to ensure coherent design practices.
  • Beneficial: research experience such as interviews, analytics, and research methods.
