Responsibilities

As Team Lead you will have the necessary knowledge, skills & competencies that will allow you to lead, motivate & manage a team of 15 people. Ensure that systems and procedures are followed. Work closely with the onsite manager to deliver exceptional customer service and strive to reach targets and align with company values and goals. The role is in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting customers\' expectations and building a solid team within the company.

What we are looking for from you
  • To work with our front-of-house team supporting the tills and deli counter
  • A quick learner with attention to detail
  • Willingness to embrace and apply our high food service standards
  • A friendly personality, good people skills and a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative as required
  • Team player with the ability to work towards a common goal
  • Compliance with our Company\'s health and safety policies and practices
  • Occasional overtime may be offered depending on site needs
You must have
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced catering business is preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene, including HACCP, is preferred
  • A problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach with a flexible can-do attitude
  • Be living in Ireland and available to work in the East side of Galway city
  • Full clean drivers license an advantage
