Your core responsibility is to help customers have an enjoyable in-store experience, whether that means assisting with footwear, styling outfits, or providing product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interacting with customers, educating them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
  • Maintaining store standards in both front and back of house, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health and safety procedures.
  • Cash management and compliance with all policies for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
  • Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data where appropriate.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
