Our client is a well-established Irish Practice offering an extensive array of Accountancy Services to a diverse clientele. Owing to their remarkable achievements, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a Senior Practice Manager to join their accomplished team. The successful Senior Practice Manager will collaborate closely with the partners, overseeing teams, spearheading Business Development initiatives, and providing mentorship to Junior colleagues.

Role:

  • Reporting to the partners, the Senior Practice Manager will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:
  • Demonstrating proficiency in adapting to a variety of online accounting software.
  • Engaging with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Orchestrating the preparation and finalisation of statutory financial accounts and financial statements.
  • Crafting financial and management accounts while actively engaging with clients.
  • Participating as both an individual contributor and a team member in financial audits, tax reporting, advisory services, and financial reporting.
  • Executing comprehensive financial statement audits.
  • Creating and scrutinising Corporation Tax and Income Tax returns, as well as R&D-related matters.
  • Establishing productive relationships with banking institutions, legal entities, the Revenue, and other professional advisors.
  • Conducting research projects aimed at enhancing business development and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with all members of the staff when necessary.
  • Collaborating directly with partners, spanning a wide spectrum of services and industries.
  • Assisting in ensuring Companies House compliance.

Requirements:

  • A qualification as an ACCA/ACA/CPA Accountant.
  • A desirable minimum of 1+ year post-qualification experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of practical experience within a similar role.
  • Experience in local Accounting practices is essential.

  • A competitive salary ranging from €50,000 to €65,000, contingent on experience.
