Auditor (CAMO)

You will play a key role in ensuring the continuing airworthiness and regulatory compliance of a Boeing 737 fleet. Your focus will be on supporting and delivering the internal Compliance Monitoring Programme through audits aligned with EASA, IAA, IOSA, and other relevant standards.

This role is based in Dublin, combining hybrid working, onsite collaboration, and travel for audits and compliance activities. You will report to the Head of Safety Management and help maintain high safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the internal audit framework for CAMO compliance.
  • Conduct audits on airworthiness, maintenance, and supplier activities.
  • Deliver the audit schedule covering CAMO functions and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with IOSA, EASA, IAA, and internal regulations.
  • Support and facilitate third-party audits and inspections.
  • Track non-conformities and verify corrective actions.
  • Provide clear audit reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Advise operational teams on regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in safety and operational review meetings.
  • Support reviews of wet lease and contracted services.
  • Lead or assist in internal quality improvement projects.

  • Comply with health and safety standards to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Minimize environmental impact by following regulatory and company policies.
  • Be prepared to support emergency response activities if required.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Safety & Compliance, or related field (preferred).
  • Formal auditor training.
  • Strong experience in aviation compliance, audit, or risk management.
  • Thorough knowledge of EASA, IAA, and CAA regulations.
  • Background in Engineering and/or CAMO, preferably in commercial aviation.
  • Deep understanding of Safety Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to solve complex compliance issues independently.
  • Advocate of Just Culture principles.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years in airworthiness or aircraft engineering within CAMO or airline environment.
  • Boeing 737 experience preferred.
  • ISO 9001 Auditor and Lead Auditor certification.
  • Up-to-date training on EASA, IAA, and IOSA standards.
  • Strong knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-M regulations.
  • Proficient with MS Office and audit reporting tools.
  • Experience auditing airline or airport operations.
  • Proactive, confident, and collaborative with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours.
