One of Ireland's largest financial companies nationwide, with over 200 locations, provides a diverse range of banking, financial, and related services. They are currently seeking a Welcome Banking Branch Advisor to work within a busy branch located in Kilkenny City.

Your new role

This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Retail Banking. You will ensure that every customer's experience in the branch is smooth and efficient. Your focus will be on engaging customers with self-service machines, assisting them in understanding and using the machines, and resolving any queries or issues. Your duties will include:

  • Greet all customers entering the branch
  • Process payments and withdrawals, manage cash desk, lodgements, and daily banking errands
  • Assist customers with setting up and maintaining accounts
  • Handle calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries
  • Promote financial products and services
  • Guide customers to the appropriate colleagues for their financial queries
  • Assist customers with IT systems to update account details
  • Perform general administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed

Excellent customer service skills and experience in a busy customer-facing environment are essential. You should be a strong team player who values effective collaboration. An interest in the Banking Industry is required.
