Supply Planning Manager – Tortola | British Virgin Islands

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full supply chain process and develop tools and methods to optimise performance and efficiency
• Forecast inventory needs accurately based on sales plans, seasonality, promotions, and new product launches
• Collaborate with buyers to coordinate timely replenishment and rollout of new lines
• Monitor inventory for shortages, shelf-life issues, and expiring components to reduce waste
• Create and maintain best-practice SOPs for planning, inventory control, and master data management
• Balance inventory availability with customer service goals while controlling excess stock
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs through improved sourcing, vendor management, freight, and bulk purchases
• Implement and track supply chain KPIs to measure and enhance performance
• Analyse gaps in supply plans and highlight potential supply risks to leadership
• Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and avoid supply disruptions
• Produce inventory reports and make recommendations to the Director of Purchasing

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, supply planning, or inventory management
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience using forecasting and ERP systems
• Exceptional understanding of inventory control, procurement, and logistics workflows
• Proficient in data reporting and supply chain KPIs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive, solution-driven approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive improvements across cross-functional teams
