Brewery Technician

All About Kombucha is expanding, and we're seeking a skilled brewery technician or experienced brewer to join our dynamic, fast-paced production team.

This hands-on role requires a strong understanding of brewery operations, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for being part of a mission-driven brand. We are building something special, with opportunities for growth for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining brewery equipment
• Overseeing fermentation, brewing, and carbonation processes
• Upholding hygiene, quality, and food safety standards
• Canning line operation and maintenance
• Inventory and stock management
• Recording and maintaining production data
• Supporting R&D and new recipe trials
• Assisting with health and safety protocols

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a brewery or beverage production environment
• Strong technical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of fermentation, brewing processes, and quality control
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Full clean driving license (essential)
