Part Time Supervisor,

The Part Time Supervisor works in our Tommy Hilfiger store at Mahon Mall. You lead by example, embrace our entrepreneurial spirit, and help deliver outstanding service and a consistent store experience that supports our brands and business goals.

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team in managing all personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate to staff all marketing and sales promotions.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team to achieve these goals, while offering customers an exemplary store journey.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
• Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve company standards for personal sales results: sales vs budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening/closing and the sales floor.
• Foster quality relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure staff accountability in building a repeat customer base by providing attentive and spirited service.
• Ensure door-to-floor best practices with visual merchandising directives for the sales floor and back room are implemented and consistently applied.
• Collaborate with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions, including possible successors.

• You'll have a previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
• You'll have prior people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and disagreements.
• You'll be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease.
• You'll be a team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
• You'll be confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
• You'll work well with change and be able to adapt quickly and work with pace.
• You'll be energetic and authentic, with a clear presence on the shop floor.
• You'll approach issues with a can-do attitude and take initiative to find in-store solutions.
