Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician with at least 3 years of experience in a regulated environment to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures with knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Monitor and analyze production processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct equipment and process validations and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, engineering, and production, to ensure timely and effective production.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a level 6 in manufacturing, mechanical or any other relevant engineering disciplines.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology is a benefit.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, such as FDA regulations, ISO standards, and GMPs.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with manufacturing software and equipment control systems.
