We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager at ICON, you will play a vital role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects that support our clinical operations and research initiatives. You will contribute to the successful integration of technology solutions through effective project management practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Be Doing:- Leading the planning and implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Collaborating with various teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while managing expectations of stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing expertise in project management methodologies and best practices to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, project management, or business administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within a technical environment, preferably in the healthcare or clinical research sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and fostering collaboration across teams.
