About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic retail team. As a Team Leader , you will be responsible for supporting the management team in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth store performance, and leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support management with stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.

  • Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.

  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.

  • Drive sales and support the implementation of promotional activities.

  • Monitor and maintain high levels of store cleanliness and organisation.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in a retail or grocery customer-focused environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
