Part Time Catering Assistants Wexford, Gorey

The School Food Company is currently recruiting for part-time catering assistant positions at our kitchen in Bunscoil Loreto, Gorey, Co. Wexford.

This position operates around the primary school calendar, with time off during midterms, Christmas, Easter, and summer (unpaid). This schedule may appeal to individuals with school-going children.

Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community.

The role of part-time catering assistant involves approximately 12-18 hours per week, on a 2-day / 3-day rotation basis.

Shift times are approximately 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, depending on school requirements.

The start date depends on Garda vetting; the school closes for summer at the end of June and reopens at the end of August.

The responsibilities include preparing hot lunches, delivering them to classrooms, and cleaning down afterward.

Strong time management and organizational skills are essential to operate within strict break times.

Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP are advantageous but not essential.
