European manufacturer of premium products for the construction industry is expanding its sales team in Ireland.
The Company:
A leading global brand of premium construction products for over three decades is growing its team in Ireland. They work with key players in the finishes and interiors sector and see an excellent opportunity to increase market presence in Ireland. A new distribution centre has recently been opened locally to enhance service quality and speed nationwide.
The Role of Area Sales Manager:
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of construction materials, initially focusing on an established client base within the Kitchen, Bedrooms & Bathrooms sector in the Southwest of Ireland, with an emphasis on new business acquisition. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, once established, the role involves selling to fabricators and kitchen & bathroom manufacturers and retailers. This position offers a great opportunity to join a strong brand with potential for career progression.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in construction sales, preferably within the KBB industry, is highly desirable but not essential.
- Candidates with a strong background in B2B field sales outside the technical market will also be considered.
- Driven, enthusiastic, target-focused individuals seeking career development within a progressive organization.
- Valid full clean driving license.
Benefits:
- Basic salary ranging from €40,000 to €50,000, depending on experience.
- OTE €15,000 - €20,000 bonus.
- Fully expensed company vehicle.
- Pension scheme matched up to 5% and 25 days annual leave.
