This opportunity allows you to work on cross-border transactions and closely collaborate with specialist teams such as Tax, Finance, and Corporate. Your role will be integral to the structuring of major real estate transactions.
What you'll do:
- Act for leading market participants, both domestic and international
- Provide legal and commercial expertise
- Work as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams advising on corporate activities
- Engage actively in business development and thought leadership initiatives
- Draft legal documents clearly and concisely, creating solutions using legal knowledge and commercial judgement
- Attend networking and marketing events
- Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest quality of service
What you bring:
- 1-4 years relevant post qualification experience
