Overview

HR Business Partner - FinTech. Location: Dublin (Hybrid). Our client is a fast-growing, globally recognised FinTech headquartered in Dublin. As they scale, they are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their expanding HR team.

You will partner directly with senior leaders and report into the People Director, with scope to influence organisational design, talent strategy, and transformation initiatives across Product, R&D, and Engineering functions.

This position would suit HR professionals who thrive in a scaling, cross-functional tech environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5+ years? experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar), ideally supporting product, engineering, or design teams
  • Experience leading or supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with comfort presenting to senior executives
  • A pragmatic and commercial mindset, with high cultural awareness
  • Demonstrated experience building frameworks and driving engagement in high-growth teams
Role and reporting lines

Reporting to the People Director, this role will be a strategic partner to global Product, Engineering and Design teams, and will involve:

  • Organisational Change: Lead key change and scale-up initiatives across product and tech teams
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and the executive team
  • Team & Org Design: Shape team structures and frameworks to support global growth
  • Performance Culture: Embed a high-performance culture aligned with company goals
  • People Programs: Drive rollout of initiatives like engagement, onboarding, and talent development
  • Data & Insights: Use people analytics to inform decision-making and improvements
  • Manager Coaching: Develop leaders and people managers through strategic coaching
  • Employee Relations: Guide and support people matters in a fair, solutions-focused way
