Equipment & Facility Qualification Engineer

Location: Sligo, Ireland

Contract Duration: 12 months

Our global pharmaceutical client, located on Ireland's picturesque west coast, is seeking an Equipment & Facility Qualification Engineer. They have invested $55 billion in research and development to discover and develop new medicines, aiming for scientific breakthroughs and life-changing medicines. Responsibilities:
  1. Generate, execute, and approve qualification lifecycle documents, including system classification, P/GURS, risk assessments/FMEA, IOQ, and final reporting for direct impact systems.
  2. Create commissioning test documents for no-impact systems.
  3. Implement change controls within the change management system to support project activities.
  4. Coordinate and manage commissioning and qualification of new and existing cleanroom facilities and automated medical device assembly equipment.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline, with project management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, or major project environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, MS Office, and Excel.
  • Team-oriented and project-focused mindset.
