An excellent opportunity for a Projects Engineer to join a global market leader in manufacturing. Reporting to the Engineering Project Managers, you will play a key role in designing, installing, and commissioning new systems and upgrades worldwide – helping to drive innovation and operational excellence.

The Role

  • Plan, support and lead engineering projects, from upgrades to large-scale installations
  • Oversee and support site teams and contractors in equipment installation and commissioning
  • Produce engineering design and project support documents
  • Identify and resolve recurring equipment and process faults; recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, CE marking, and other relevant standards
  • Contribute to the Compliance Management System and wider compliance objectives
  • Regular global travel as required

The Person

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or similar
  • Experience in an engineering role, ideally design
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Able to read and create 2D & 3D engineering drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks desirable)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
  • Flexible approach to working hours and global travel
