Group Finance Manager

Dublin

Armont Recruitment have partnered with a market leading international organisation seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to join their high calibre finance team based in Dublin.

This is an outstanding opportunity to take on a key hands-on leadership role in a high-growth business that is rapidly expanding within its sector. In this position, you will oversee all group reporting activities and report directly to the Head of Group Finance.

This role will suit a qualified ACA or ACCA with finance management PQE within industry. Alternatively, you may be a Big 4 (or Top 6 trained ACA) at senior manager or associate director level seeking your first move into industry.

The Role

  • Manage, mentor and guide the group finance team.
  • Lead the month-end accounts preparation and closing activities
  • Collaborate with the finance managers to support consistency, accuracy and timeliness in month-end closing
  • Provide all required support to the group month-end close
  • Responsibility for group annual audit
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for the group level businesses
  • Treasury management
  • Point of contact between the group finance reporting and commercial finance team
  • Manage projects and initiatives when required

The Candidate

  • Qualified finance manager or financial controller with a minimum 4 years' PQE
  • Alternatively Big 4 or Top 6 trained ACA at senior manager or associate director level
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and execute to enable deliverables of tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels across the business
