Lyrath Estate are currently recruiting for a Spa Cleaner to join the award winning Spa

The Ideal Candidate for This Position:

Must be courteous and customer focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.
Previous experience working as a Spa Cleaner in a hotel is desirable.
Flexible to work both mid week and weekend shifts.
Will be standards driven and detail orientated with the desire to progress within the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role

To ensure the highest levels of cleanliness in the spa on a day to day basis
To greet clients/guests throughout the spa at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner
Be responsible for the routine servicing of guest areas to the required standard.
Deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure that all checklists are completed.
To ensure there is a supply of clean towels available for guests
To ensure there is a fresh stock of fruit, juices and water available for guests
To ensure that the guests/clients needs and requirements are met or exceeded
To ensure that the thermal suite is kept clean at all times
