Are you passionate about sales with ambitions to grow your career in retail management?

Our Henry Street store in Dublin is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to lead our team of 4 resident optometrists and 13 retail colleagues. This store is one of the highest performing Vision Express stores in Ireland and our preferred candidate will need to be confident and able to create a positive environment for colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and motivate and inspire the team to deliver in our mission to help provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.
  • Work with the Store Manager to lead a team of 4 resident optometrists and 13 retail colleagues at the Henry Street store.
  • Create a positive environment for colleagues and customers and foster a culture of high performance and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to achieve store targets and maintain Vision Express standards.
  • Discuss flexible working options with candidates, including hours to fit around personal commitments or compressed weeks, as part of an inclusive recruitment process.
