Recruiter (Hospitality)

Recruiter (Hospitality) at Total Solutions. This is a permanent, long‑term role to be based at our head office in Lucan, Co Dublin. Salary and commission structure are fully negotiable and depend on experience and suitability for the role.

• Cover the temporary staffing requirements of our Hospitality clients through job sites (Indeed, Gumtree, etc.), social media platforms, and our in-house database of candidates.

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong decision-making abilities.
• Preferably experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and ideally in a recruitment agency.
