Associate Director, Performance & Project Management – RTSM
UK, Ireland or South Africa | Operations – Global Project Management

At Signant Health, we help bring life-changing clinical trials to patients faster. We're looking for anexperienced RTSM leader to join our Global Project Management team as an Associate Director, overseeing a high-performing group of Global Project Managers.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team delivering RTSM projects to global customers.

  • Act as the first point of escalation, ensuring proactive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive portfolio performance, including utilization, billability, and project financial health.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring delivery to agreed KPIs.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering RTSM projects in clinical trials, life sciences, or pharma.

  • Demonstrated line management experience, leading and motivating project teams.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and technology-enabled services.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
