SSA are recruiting a Health & Safety Officer on behalf of an established Main Contractor for a Cork-based position. This is a permanent position within the company.
About the client:Our client is a Main Contractor who is highly respected within Ireland and internationally and has an impressive portfolio of work globally.
About the role:- Cork - based role
- Gain experience working on sizeable Cork based projects.
- Attractive salary package inclusive of a Company Vehicle
- Permanent Position
- Report on the safety performance of project teams and subcontractors and provide recommendations as such to management.
- Oversee and review site performance across several sites.
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Assist in the compilation of Health & Safety Documentation.
- Actively participate in the promotion of health-related risks and on-site training.
- Delivery of HSE processes, procedures, standards and systems.
- Ensure that inspection records are maintained and preserved for all activities and plant equipment.
- Relevant Qualification in a related discipline.
- Min 1+ Years Health & Safety Experience.
