• Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition have:

  • Have satisfactory experience in an office under the HSE, TUSLA, other statutory health agencies, or a body which provides services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 or 39 of the Health Act 2004 at a level not lower than that of Grade IV (or equivalent).
  • Have a relevant qualification in a health-related field at or above Level 6 on the QQI Framework.
  • Have not less than two years' work experience of project design and delivery in a relevant field.
  • Candidates must possess the requisite knowledge and ability particularly in relation to the recovery approach and stakeholder engagement, including a high standard of suitability, for the proper discharge of the office.

AND

  • Have the requisite health and character: Health - a candidate must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health that indicates a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.
  • Character - Each candidate must be of good character.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders and apply recovery approaches to deliver project design and delivery in a relevant field.
  • Ensure proper discharge of the office, maintaining high standards of suitability and performance.
Requirements
  • Eligible experience at an office as described above (Grade IV or equivalent, or higher).
  • Health-related qualification at Level 6 or above on QQI Framework.
  • Minimum two years' work experience in project design and delivery.
  • Knowledge of recovery approach and stakeholder engagement.
Health and Character
  • Health: Fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties; suitable for regular and efficient service.
  • Character: Must be of good character.
