Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Fruition Group

Our Dublin-based client is hiring for a Senior SAP Business Analyst to join a new team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent career opportunity, especially as the company builds a new team in Dublin.

We are looking for Analysts with strong SAP skills and experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a team member for primary production support contact on Operations (Materials Management, Distribution, Quality Management, Production Planning).
  • Act as the primary SAP support team Subject Matter Expert for SAP S/4 Supply Chain Operations.
  • Provide high-level knowledge and leadership across the organization related to SAP S/4HANA production support and issue resolution.
  • Bridge communication between support SAP team and major internal IT organizations and technical groups.
  • Ensure service level management (SLA) compliance through functional and technical expertise.
  • Deliver efficient application maintenance and support.
  • Adhere to business, security, and regulatory requirements in a validated environment.
  • Evaluate and approve support-driven changes for production deployment.
  • Participate in project/enhancement assignments as needed.
  • Monitor, document, and respond to implementation issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies for SAP projects, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and alerts, responding accordingly.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Material Management, Distribution, Quality Management, and Production Planning.
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise (customization or configuration) in SAP S/4HANA SCM.
  • Understanding of integration of SAP S/4HANA SCM with other modules.
  • Experience in template design and business consulting.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Platform is essential.
