Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and ambitious tax environment? Join a Top 10 professional services firm, known for its deep roots, innovative approach, and people-first culture.

You will be helping businesses and individuals thrive — offering clear advice, expert insight, and enduring partnerships.

The firm is now seeking a Senior Manager – Corporate Tax to help grow and shape the tax offering in their expanding Dublin office.

About the Role

As part of their senior tax leadership team, you will report to the Head of Tax and take ownership of developing and expanding our tax services in Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, manage key client relationships, and influence the future direction of a high-performing practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of qualified and part-qualified tax professionals, overseeing performance and development.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders across multiple service lines.
  • Deliver proactive and high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Monitor engagement progress, manage risk, and ensure timelines and budgets are achieved.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in corporate tax and broader Irish taxation matters.
  • Drive business development efforts, contributing to revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Play a central role in innovation, process improvements, and implementation of new technologies within the tax practice.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in a supportive, inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For

  • CTA qualified with 2–3 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in Irish Corporation Tax
  • A proven leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Commercially aware with a strong client service focus.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident, managing multiple deadlines and projects.
