Are you a talented technical specialist in tech, mobile devices, and software for mobile devices, looking to take the next step in your career? If so, our Technical Services Team Lead position could be for you

We're looking for a Technical Services Team Lead to support our sales team with project scoping, technical specifications, and identifying opportunities within accounts.

This role also involves project management, supporting the sales team in overseeing customer projects, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery within scope.

We're seeking someone based in Ireland, willing to travel to the UK.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with systems integration—installing software on handheld devices and/or printers.
  • Assisting with RFPs and collaborating closely with the Sales team.
  • Experience with voice implementations, device design, and testing.
  • Providing training and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Coordinating the Technical Services team on proactive fixes and resolutions to customer issues.
  • Visiting customer sites pre-sales to scope out projects and costs.
  • Attending customer sites to resolve software or device issues as needed.
