We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Domestic Assistant to join our team in Adult Day Services, Ballintemple, Cork.

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: 19.5 hours per week

Salary Scale: €31,329- €34,832 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments)

This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.

Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days per annum

Overview of the Post:

To action and implement the Enable Ireland Services Infection Prevention Control Systems and provide a high standard of domestic services to ensure hygiene standards are maintained. To provide practical assistance and catering support at in-house events as requested.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of domestic work in a health care environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the state

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working with adults with a physical/sensory disability.
