Job Introduction

Tigers Childcare is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and professional educator to join our team at our full-day service in Leopardstown.

  • Hours: 40 hours + 2.5 hours non-contact
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time
  • Salary: €31,824 - €35,464

Candidate Requirements

(Candidates not meeting these will not be considered):

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Fetac Level 6 or recognized equivalent in childcare
  • Qualifications Level 6-8 preferred
  • LINC qualification preferred
  • Provide copies of qualifications and 2 written references at interview
  • Garda vetting required
  • International police vetting if lived outside Ireland for 6+ months
  • English language proficiency
Responsibilities

  • Support and assist in providing high-quality full-day childcare in a holistic setting
  • Experience with play-based learning and applying Aistear and Siolta frameworks
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
  • Conduct observations and learning stories
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned
