Barden are delighted to have been exclusively enegaged on exciting opportunity to join a significantly growing Irish multinational company. This role would suit an ambitious accounting professional looking to progress in an a financial accountant position, with a commercial slant.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Assist with the month-end process, including reconciliations.
  • Assist with budget planning and consolidation process, by liaising with various budget owners.
  • Work closely providing analysis and support to the commercial function.
  • Managing and developing one direct report.
  • Identify areas for improvements and efficiencies in current processes.
  • Assist external auditors with the annual audit process.
  • Ad hoc projects as required.

ABOUT THE PERSON

  • Qualified Accounting Professional with minimum 2 years PQE Industry experience.
  • Previous experience in financial reporting and the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organised with the ability to meet various deadlines.
  • Ambitious professional, who consistently strives for improvements.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.

Extremely flexible hybrid working policy in place, currently 1 day per week in the office.
