We are currently recruiting a Director of Nursing for a well-established nursing home in Naas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is naturally empathetic, kind, and truly passionate about delivering high-quality care to residents.

A current NMBI registration
Proven experience in a senior nursing role (CNM, ADON, or DON level)
A warm, approachable leadership style with a genuine focus on people
Strong clinical governance and management skills
A passion for creating a supportive and positive work environment for staff and residents alike
