At Three, innovation and direction go hand-in-hand. As Chief Strategy & New Product Officer, you'll be the driving force behind our long-term product roadmap—including our evolution beyond connectivity.
You'll bring cross-tribe alignment, shape go-to-market strategies, and blend digital, technical, and data insights to create compelling, competitive propositions. You'll need deep market insight, experience leading cross-functional strategy, and the ability to see both the forest and the trees.
This is a critical executive role with a clear mandate: define where we go next, and build the path to get us there.
