RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in healthcare recruitment for domestic and overseas candidates for hospitals, nursing homes, home care, and community care.

We are hiring Medical Senior House Officers (SHO) for leading hospitals in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, review, and record patient findings as directed by the attending consultant and/or nursing staff.
  • Order investigations such as radiography, blood tests, and function tests as needed by the management plan.
  • Administer prescription drugs to patients according to the consultant's instructions.
  • Participate in ward rounds.
  • Complete discharge procedures using electronic discharge letters.
  • Support the education of workers, medical students, and colleagues.
  • Address negative events experienced by patients, guests, or employees, such as accidents or unexpected illnesses.
  • Participate in risk management and quality improvement projects.
  • Follow hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and blood guidelines.
  • Observe health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
  • Current registration with the Irish Medical Council.
  • Proper work permission for private hospital employment.
  • Experience in a medical emergency room.
  • BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
