Due to continued growth, BDP are looking for experienced Architects – Design to join our Dublin studio who will work closely with our Project Directors, Principals, and multi-disciplinary design teams to assist in the delivery of high-profile projects across multiple sectors. Taking a pivotal role in project delivery from day one, you will be in a key position to manage, monitor, and drive the performance of the projects in the Dublin studio.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and working within a team.
  2. Coordination, communication, and presentation to design teams and clients.
  3. Produce work on time and to a high quality.
  4. Develop younger team members.

The successful candidate will require:

  1. Be on/eligible for the RIAI Register of Architects - with a minimum of 3 years Post Professional Practice Examination experience.
  2. A passion for architectural design, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and enjoyment of working in motivated team environments.
  3. Excellent visualization skills, particularly hand sketching or computer-generated images.
  4. A proven track record of ongoing participation in design competitions.
  5. A detailed working knowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulation, and Building Control Legislation.
  6. Excellent CAD, Photoshop, and InDesign skills.
  7. Ability to interface with Revit/BIM models. Revit is used widely throughout our studio, and training will also be provided to successful candidates.
