We are currently recruiting a Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at Carton House.

1. Ensure that all guests are greeted in a warm and courteous fashion and tended to in a professional manner.
2. Ensure stock control is implemented and maintained.
3. Represent Carton House's passion for customer service, proactively ensuring each guest has the memorable experience expected at Carton House.
4. Be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, specials and ingredients, etc).
5. Familiarize yourself with sales and promotional activity and upsell at every possible opportunity.
6. Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.
7. Supervise the breakfast team under the guidance of food and beverage management.
8. Motivate and assist the breakfast team to ensure departmental targets are met.

1. A real understanding of hotel food and beverage operations.
2. Ability to work on own initiative.
3. Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
4. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 4/5* property.
5. A structured and organized approach to work planning.
