The role is office-based and will suit someone who values professionalism and thoroughness, with the customer at the centre of everything they do.
The Role:
You will provide valuable support for our busy engineering company, including customer quotations, follow-ups, technician coordination, liaising with the operations/service manager on logistics and efficiencies, and processing orders with suppliers.
Skills:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Office experience ideally in a service, engineering, or accounting environment.
- Fluent in English with relevant experience and/or qualifications.
