Are you well organised and have good attention to detail looking to join a growing, progressive company who has a high level of commitment to customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will need to be constantly on the ball adjusting live operations as required and be able to communicate effectively with our drivers. You will work within the transport team and will involve all aspect of the transport administration processes and coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operations Oversight: As part of this role, you'll be keeping a watchful eye on the operations throughout. Your main responsibility is the planning of our fleet for delivery nationwide the next day. You will be part of a team of planners ensuring all drivers routes are planned effectively and efficiently. Geographical knowledge of Ireland is essential. Your role will involve informing all drivers of their scheduled routes / start times for the following day.

The hours of work are 4 on 4 off 5pm-5am

Knowledge, skills and experience required

Previous experience of working within the transport industry.

Previous customer service experience essential, over the telephone and on email.

Ability to communicate at all levels.

Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.

Working to deadlines.

Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
