The Company

The Role

The Company is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated & fully qualified Corporate Tax Manager to join their Tax Team based in their brand-new offices located on Dublin 4.

The main responsibilities include the following:

  1. Carry out corporate advisory work for domestic and international corporate clients
  2. Identify and project-manage tax consultancy assignments using solutions-based tax planning
  3. Advise overseas clients relocating to Ireland on both compliance and tax structuring projects
  4. Manage and expand the Company's diverse corporate tax compliance portfolio
  5. Work with the existing client base to develop new business opportunities, with a view to maximizing tax efficiencies
  6. Build and maintain client relationships both within the firm and within the wider Company's international network
  7. Stay abreast of tax technical changes as a result of the evolving international tax landscape
  8. Develop and train more junior members of the team - taking responsibility for both their technical and practical experience
  9. Coach and mentor the Company's trainees.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. CTA / CTC Qualified (Accountancy qualification is also desirable)
  2. Minimum 3 years post qualification experience
  3. Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills
  4. Excellent knowledge of corporate tax both in Ireland and internationally
  5. Client focused with an interest in developing new business opportunities for the Company
  6. Excellent team management skills
