Are you a passionate Dietitian looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialist mental health setting?

Our client is seeking a Staff Grade Dietitian to join their multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality nutritional care for adults with neuropsychiatric conditions, including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's Disease, schizophrenia, and mood disorders.

About the Role:

As a Staff Grade Dietitian, you will provide comprehensive dietetic services to adults in long-term care, supporting their nutritional needs and enhancing their quality of life. You will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred, evidence-based interventions in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Dietitian:

  • Conduct nutritional assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
  • Support individuals with neurodisabilities and complex mental health needs
  • Manage enteral feeding regimens and provide guidance on therapeutic diets
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote integrated care
  • Participate in service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

Essential Criteria for the Dietitian:

  • CORU registration as a Dietitian
  • Minimum 1.5 years' post-qualification experience
  • Experience in neurodisability and mental health dietetics
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
