Expert Estimating

Exyte are hiring for a number of estimator positions within the electrical, mechanical and Civil Structural/Architectural (CSA) spaces to support projects across Europe. Exyte delivers comprehensive data center services from design to construction, ensuring efficiency and reliability. We work with traditional and modular construction techniques on a global portfolio of data centers, including hyperscale, colocation and cloud‑computing facilities.

• Prepare and support estimates
• Review project plans and specifications and coordinate with the team to confirm complete scope
• Support estimating organization in database development and benchmarking, and gather data relevant to estimating
• Participate in project and team meetings
• Review subcontractor and vendor bid packages
• Complete all labor, material, equipment and subcontract pricing
• Coordinate proposal and construction schedules with Planning/Scheduling department
• Assist in the preparation of written execution plans and technical clarifications
• Work with the proposal sponsor or administrator to compile all required bid submittal information
• Assist project teams in preparation

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry (construction, mechanical, electrical, CSA, etc.)
• Degree or further education in a relevant field
• Prior estimating experience is required, ideally within Data Centers
