Locum Relief Support Worker (Multiple Vacancies)

Location: Waterford Services, Co. Waterford

Brothers of Charity Services Ireland are looking for bright, ambitious individuals who have a positive attitude towards working with people with an intellectual disability and who are committed to ensuring that our persons supported lead as fulfilling and enjoyable a life as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Support Worker - Locum Relief (working on an "if and when required" basis) - 1 Year Fixed Term.
  • Provide a key-working caring role for a group of People Supported by the Services. Responsible for all aspects of personal care during the day, including meals, personal hygiene and other related aspects of physical well-being.
  • Assist and support People Supported by the Services with development of their Individual Plans and achievement of associated outcomes.
  • Support People Supported by the Services in community participation and integration.
