Job Description:

The RNLI's lifeboat station in Dun Laoghaire is seeking a volunteer to serve as the Lifeboat Operations Manager (LOM). This role involves leading the existing team to manage the station's daily operations, ensuring it remains in a constant state of readiness for service.

The position has a tenure of three years, which may be extended up to a maximum of nine years.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Live or work within 10-15 minutes of the station
  • Be between 18 and 70 years of age (if authorized to launch lifeboats)
