Role And Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
  • Liaise with Project Manager/Site Manger on all matters
  • Manage site staff and all contractors
  • Proposing suitable changes to design to improve saving, ease construction programme, enhance specification and quality completion.
  • Commercially minded and ability to work with the project team including the QS to manage the project and meet the company objectives for each project.
  • Monitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materials
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with contracts manager, Site Engineers and services Co-ordinator to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain and manage site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specification, building regulations and good building practise.
  • Check and understand all drawings and specification. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in timely manner.
  • Establish project resource requirements and assist the project team as required
  • Implementing onsite SHEQ procedures and support SHEQ with implementing those procedures.
  • Report to project management team and provide weekly/monthly updates on programme and subcontractors.
