Overview

This role involves overseeing the preparation and delivery of regulatory reporting, specifically under Pillar 3 requirements. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations while providing key insights to enhance decision-making processes.

Location

Dublin City Centre with 2-3 days per week in office

Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and submission of Pillar 3 regulatory reporting in line with industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate data for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain robust processes to streamline reporting activities.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organisation.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on reporting requirements.
  • Support audits and reviews related to regulatory reporting processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the regulatory reporting function.
Profile / Qualifications
  • A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Proven expertise in regulatory reporting, particularly under Pillar 3 frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and apply financial regulations effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting systems and tools.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Job Offer
  • A competitive salary in the range of €80,000-€110,000 per annum.
