A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Scrum Master would be:

  • Support the Product Owner (PO) and Programme Manager
  • Support the onboard and offboard of Salesforce Delivery Team (SDT) members
  • Support Salesforce project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and assumptions with Program Manager
  • Responsible for reinforcing the rules of Agile, maintaining practices, and ceremonies
  • Promote the use of Continuous Integration and Automation
  • Facilitate the SDT's progress toward team goals
  • Coach the team in Agile principles and practices to foster a self-organizing, high-performing team.
  • Remove impediments or blockers that hinder the team's progress and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Track and communicate team progress and metrics, such as Sprint burndown charts and velocity.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement within the team through regular retrospectives and implementing action plans to address identified areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience working as a SCRUM Master in Agile environments.
  • Experience in working in large programmes with multiple SCRUM Teams
  • Ability to coach the team to grow and move towards full Agile environment
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices, particularly SCRUM.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Continuous learner with a growth mindset and a passion for Agile methodologies.
