Job Summary

We are seeking a Graduate Digital Project Manager to join WiiGroup. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various skill sets within the business, including Planning, Lean, BIM, and Data Analytics. You will contribute to a wide range of innovative projects, gaining exposure to different sectors and technologies within the AEC industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules, including BIM models, data analytics, and lean methodologies.
  2. Collaborating with project teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  3. Analysing data using tools like Power BI and assisting in reporting insights for project optimisation.
  4. Supporting BIM implementation across multiple projects, using software such as Autodesk Revit.
  5. Working alongside senior engineers and consultants to implement lean practices and drive efficiency in project delivery.
  6. Assisting in the preparation of project reports, schedules, and documentation.
  7. Contributing to the development and maintenance of digital project management tools.
  8. Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  9. Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies, methods, and industry trends.
Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role is a recent graduate with a strong academic background in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. You have a keen interest in Project Management, BIM, Lean, and Data Analytics.
