Clusters Reservations Agent- Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Cluster Reservations Agent to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, supporting multiple properties based in Galway City. There is potential for extension depending on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage individual and group reservations efficiently across multiple properties.
- Handle guest enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth.
- Maximise revenue through upselling and accurate rate management.
- Ensure all bookings, profiles, payments, and billing details are recorded accurately.
- Collaborate with the Revenue and Reservations teams to meet targets.
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments.
- Support and guide new team members as needed.
- Proficiency in Opera Reservations Software (essential).
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
- A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach.
